Nicole, a former “military brat,” grew up moving around the globe, and has made Philadelphia her home for over a decade. A trained art historian, Nicole brings her curator’s eye and architectural knowledge to every interaction to find just the right atmosphere for her clients. Based in fashionable Fishtown, Nicole works all over the city and near suburbs. She likes to spend time with new clients to really understand their needs, be it a starter house, a dream home, or investment opportunity. Nicole’s goal is to develop long-term relationships with her clients so that she can be there for them throughout the home-buying process and in the future.
