Remember, the rent is due on the 1st and is considered late after the fifth of every month so your payment MUST be submitted by the 5th of the month or REOD will charge a late fee. As always, if for some reason, you are going to be delayed, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] or call the office at (610) 341-9676. We may be able to approve an extension and waive the late charge.

Once you are registered, you will be able to return every month when rent is due, login and make your payment. NO more check writing, finding stamps and envelopes, driving to Wayne etc. Furthermore, there will be no delay in submitting your rental payment from your account. There is a convenience charge of $2.20 for payments from a bank account and 3% of monthly rental amount if a credit card is used.
