Hello, my name is M.E. Schulze, and I’m the Property Manager for REOD Corporation. I currently manage over 140 properties for REOD Corp, and I love every second of it!
I’ve been working in customer service and management jobs my whole life, and if it’s taught me one thing: Valuing your customers while being efficient is key.
As a property manager, my goal is to make dealing with real estate investment a breeze. All of those utility bills, lease renewals and tenant calls can become overwhelming. Especially when you already had to keep your own home under control. Not to mention if you live out of state or in a different time zone!
I am your middleman. Any communication between tenants and contractors and back again is all done by me, keeping things hassle free for you! NO more midnight phone calls! I’m always reachable during normal business hours, and we have an emergency number where you can reach me regardless of if I’m out of the office or not. Real estate investment doesn’t just stop when the clock hits 5:00, so why would we?
You can be as hands on (or off!) as you would like, and when the time comes that repairs are needed, I have an extensive catalog of fully trusted contractors that we’ve been working with for years. I also make sure to get your approval directly before any work is done, so you’ll never feel out of the loop!
As a little cherry on top, when your tenant’s lease is up and they decide to vacate, I even take the time to show the property myself. I’ll find you the best tenant for your house- and your wallet!
